This premium cedar wood swing set is pre-cut, pre-sanded, pre-stained, and ready to assemble in your backyard. The play deck is protected with a tongue and groove wood roof and includes an Upper-Level Treehouse with working shutters. The entire playset is finished in our exclusive maintenance-free Timber Shield™. Gorilla Playsets' cedar naturally resists rot, decay, and insect damage.
Backyard PlayNation, LLC warrants its Gorilla brand swing sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product on all above ground wood components and 2 years on all non-wood components (eg. Plastics, hardware, swings, tarps, ropes, etc.) if purchased through and installed by an authorized Gorilla Dealer Showroom. If not purchased through and installed by an authorized Gorilla Dealer Showroom, Backyard PlayNation, LLC warrants its Gorilla brand swing sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 10 years on all above ground wood components and 1 year on all non-wood components (e.g. plastics, hardware, swings, tarps, ropes, etc.).
Backyard PlayNation, LLC warrants all of its slides to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product.
Backyard PlayNation, LLC warrants all remaining products, including but not limited to its Basic Swing Set, Basic Swing Set with Slide, See-Saw, Children’s Picnic Table with Umbrella, Play-Zee-Bo™, Malibu Playhouse, Interlocking Sandbox, Toy Chest, and spring riders to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year. All accessories purchased separately from those included with one of our swing set packages have a one year limited warranty.
Cosmetic imperfections and natural tendencies of wood such as peeling, splintering, warping, seasonal checking or cracking, knots or knot holes, etc. are normal characteristics of all wooden play equipment and are not covered by this warranty. Checks or cracks in wood components that do not affect the intended function of the part, piece or overall swing set functionality are not covered under this warranty.
Wood rot or decay that develops because the product was installed in an area with poor drainage is not covered under this warranty. Lumber that has been damaged by wood boring bees, or conditions that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation of the product, are not covered by this warranty. Fading of stain, discoloration, mold, or mildew on any wood part or accessory is not covered by this warranty. Cracks in plastic components, surface rust on hardware and chips on powder coated materials are not considered a defect as long as they do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the part or component.
It is the swing set owner’s responsibility to maintain the swing set. This includes but is not limited to staining and/or sealing the lumber as needed and regular inspections to ensure all hardware is tight. Instructions for proper maintenance can be found here. Imperfections or conditions that develop because of a failure to properly maintain the swing set are not covered by this warranty.
Backyard PlayNation, LLC will, at its discretion, replace any above ground part that is defective in workmanship or materials within the stated warranty period. This decision is subject to verification of the defect, which, at Backyard PlayNation, LLC’s discretion, may be accomplished by submitting photographs or by delivery of the defective part to Backyard PlayNation, LLC: Gorilla Playsets; 166 Etowah Industrial Ct.; Canton, GA 30114. Any warranty claim must include proof of purchase, including the date of purchase. Within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, Backyard PlayNation, LLC will replace any parts discovered to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. Shipping costs for these replacement orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed at a residential, single-family dwelling. This warranty is void if the product is used in a commercial, institutional or multi-family setting. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or (a) products that have been damaged by acts of God and/or nature, negligence, misuse or accident; (b) products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (c) the cost of labor; or (d) the cost of shipping any replacement product or part.
BACKYARD PLAYNATION, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BACKARD PLAYNATION, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to the owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Please retain your proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@outdoorfurnituresupply.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Outdoor Furniture Supply's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
